When the axial flow fan starts, the current of the motor will be 5-6 times higher than the rated value, which will not only affect the service life of the motor but also consume a lot of electricity. The system will have a certain margin in the selection of the motor during the design. , the speed of the motor is fixed, but in the actual use process, sometimes it needs to run at a lower or higher speed, so it is very necessary to carry out frequency conversion transformation. The inverter can realize the soft start of the motor, achieve the purpose of energy saving and speed regulation by changing the input voltage and frequency of the equipment, and can provide the equipment with protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overload.
Axial fan maintenance
1. The use environment should always be kept clean, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no sundries in the air inlet and outlet, and the dust and other sundries in the fan and pipes should be removed regularly.
2. The fan can only be operated under normal conditions. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of the power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable. Defective operation is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be a dedicated line.
3. During the operation of the fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started. It should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After the maintenance, a test run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormality before starting the operation.
4. According to the environmental conditions of use, the bearing should be supplemented or replaced with lubricating grease from time to time (the closed bearing of the motor does not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during its service life). For sub-closed bearings and motor bearings, fill 1/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing with zl-3 lithium-based lubricating grease; it is strictly forbidden to run without oil.
5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting wet. When the fan is stored in the open air, defensive measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the fan. Temporary line power should not be used for a long time.
